1. What does “Made to Order” mean?
 
Each item you order is made for your little one, once you place your order. We don't carry product inventory. (Did you know that massive amounts of clothing are burned each year due to excess inventory?)
 
2. How do I know which size to order?
 
A sizing chart is on each product page. If you're still unsure, order one size up. 
 
3. Where do I find the Boys & Girls sections?
 
You won’t find them here! Each of our Tee & Legging prints are for all genders. We believe in freedom of colors, prints, and styles for all! 
 
4. What is the Tee material made of?
 
Our kids t-shirts are 95% polyester, 5% elastane (fabric composition may vary by 1%). They are soft, stretchy and kid-sweat friendly!
 
5. What is the Legging material made of?
 
Our kids leggings are 82% polyester/18% spandex. Soft, comfy, and breathable - ideal for active kids. 
 
6. Do you offer expedited shipping?
 
It depends on where your order is shipping to. The shipping methods available to your location are at checkout.  Please keep in mind this does not include typical production time of 3-7 business days on average.

8. Can I cancel or change my order? 
 
To make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Reach out at hello@bohokiddo.com, or via our contact page (bottom left menu where it says Contact). We will do our best to accommodate your request.
 
All items are made to order. Changes cannot be made once production has started.  If you need to set up a return once you have received your order, please email us at hello@bohokiddo.com. We'll get back with you within 24 hours. 
 
9. How long until I receive my order?
 
Delivery times vary depending on location. Orders ship within 3-7 business days.

10. What is your Return Policy?
 
Returns are free (Domestic orders only) If you need to set up a return, please email us at hello@bohokiddo.com. We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items MUST be in new condition. We'll get back with you within 24 hours.  
 
11. Do you accept Exchanges?
 
We DO NOT accept exchanges as all items are made to order. If you need a different item, please set up a return within 30 days of receipt and place a new order.  To request a return (info above), email us at hello@bohokiddo.com and we'll be happy to help. We'll get back to you within 24 hours.  
 
12. Where are your products shipped from?
 
We use several production and fulfillment facilities. We have locations across North America, Mexico, and Europe. Your items will come from the closest possible production facility. More information on those facilities below.
 
13. Am I responsible for customs fees and taxes for International orders?
 
YES, customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred upon delivery. These vary based on the country you are in, and will not be reimbursed, even if you decide to return your order.  *You are responsible for checking your country's customs fees. We do not accept packages refused on delivery.
 
14. What do I do if my order is lost or damaged?
 
Don't worry! We will take care of it! Please email us at hello@bohokiddo.com as soon as you discover your order is lost or damaged. We’ll work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We will get back with you in less than 24 hours. 
 
15. What if I only received part of my order?
 
Please check your order status as it may be arriving in more than one shipment. Email us at hello@bohokiddo.com as soon as possible, so that we can work to get your entire order to you quickly. We'll get back to you within 24 hours.
 
16. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
 
Please email us as soon as you receive the wrong item at: hello@bohokiddo.com. We will work to make it right as quickly as possible! Please provide a photo of your packing slip, along with the item you received. We'll get back to you within 24 hours, likely sooner.
 
17. What is the best way to care for my Tees & Leggings?
 
To keep your kids Tees & Leggings looking great for a long time, please wash inside out in cool water. Hang to dry. Colors will stay vibrant no matter how items are washed, but washing them in cool water and hanging to dry will keep them from shrinking
18. Why should I pay more for Boho Kiddo?
 
We are a small business offering sublimation printed garments. They are handmade for you once you place your order. We don't use mass production. We only work with production facilities that operate under the highest industry standards. Because of this, it costs us more than other large companies to make each item. We also donate a perentage of every sale to the End It Movement.

20. How are your products produced?
 
Our Tees & Leggings are sublimation printed and hand-sewn. We're proud of the care taken in this slow process! Sublimation prints are all-over prints with high quality ink that won't fade.
 
21. What are the standards of the work environment for workers in each of the factories you use?
 
Our production facilities provide a safe and friendly work environment. Employees are also provided fair wages and healthcare benefits.
*Each facility implements corporate social responsibility initiatives. These include  LED lighting and recycling programs for paper, plastic, and glass. All ink waste is disposed of to meet environmental regulations. Damaged products are donated to charitable organizations. 
 
22. Do you offer a quality guarantee?
 
Yes we do! If your item is defective, we will replace it for you within 45 days of your purchase date. (Please allow for possible extended production times due to COVID-19 .) If you have a defective item, please email us at hello@bohokiddo.com. Please include photos of the issue so that we can see what went wrong. We'll get back with you within 24 hours.
